Allen Schwartz

Founding Partner

Allen Schwartz, a co-founder of ImmiPrep.ai Inc. has spent his career at the forefront of assisting immigrants and foreign-born nationals entering the United States and those preparing to do so. With nearly 40 years of experience in the immigration field, Allen has worked both domestically and internationally with various immigration agencies.

For 23 years he served as an Immigration Asylum Officer with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), where he conducted thousands of interviews, determined eligibility for benefits and produced detailed written assessments for individuals seeking to live and work in the United States. Allen’s extensive expertise in interviewing, case evaluations and immigration procedures is complimented by his keen attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Since retiring from USCIS in 2019, Allen has continued to use his specialized skills to provide immigration-related guidance to applicants worldwide. In his personal time, Allen enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family and friends, exploring new destinations and engaging in meaningful conversations.

Edward Milgram

Founding Partner & CTO 

Edward Milgram is co-founder and CTO of ImmiPrep.ai, building an AI Avatar powered interview preparation engine. Previously he led the technology team, CRM and digital transformation, automation and AI initiatives of a leading North American legal immigration law firm. Edward is also an avid entrepreneur, co-founder and board member of BI Worldwide Latin America, a full-service incentive marketing organization.

His first startup was funded in 2000 and then acquired in 2005 by GRG UK Ltd. Edward holds a Master in Science in Computer Science from WPI. Outside work he likes to travel with his family, explore new cultures and embark in DIY projects. He is also an espresso enthusiast and home brewer dedicated to the pursuit of the perfect shot.

Fadi Minawi

Fadi Minawi is a U.S. immigration attorney licensed in New York with nearly 20 years of experience guiding clients through complex visa and cross-border matters. As Co-Founder of ImmiPrep.ai Inc., he brings deep legal expertise and practical insight into the visa adjudication process, helping shape an innovative platform that empowers applicants to prepare confidently for real-world interviews.

Before launching ImmiPrep.ai, Fadi founded and leads US CAN Visa Legal LLC, a cross-border immigration law firm serving clients from Canada, the United States, and around the world. His practice focuses on investor, employment-based, and professional visa categories, including E-2, E-1, L-1, O-1, TN, and employment-based permanent residence applications.

Earlier in his career, Fadi served as Managing Director of a leading North America based immigration law firm, where he oversaw a large team of attorneys and legal professionals handling thousands of applications annually. That experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of the operational and human sides of immigration law that are invaluable for his work at ImmiPrep.ai. Fadi is passionate about leveraging technology to improve access to immigration knowledge and client preparedness. Through ImmiPrep AI, he combines his legal background with AI-driven training tools to make visa interview preparation more accessible, accurate, and effective.

Outside of work, Fadi enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching sports, especially when it involves a great game and good company.

Mark Stevenson

Mark Stevenson is a seasoned IT leader, project management professional, and Lean transformation specialist with a track record of driving meaningful change across industries. He honed his Lean expertise at Northern Reflections and AJB Software Design, working alongside master practitioners to embed continuous improvement into the fabric of organizational culture.

At Northern Reflections, Mark led a full-scale IT transformation, aligning technology with business strategy to enhance agility and performance. At AJB, he spearheaded a Lean implementation that redefined software delivery streamlining processes, reducing lead times, and embedding quality at every stage. Most recently, in the legal tech space with a prominent North American immigration law firm, he applied these principles to modernize operations and deliver measurable business value.

Mark’s approach to transformation is grounded in strategy deployment, visual management, structured problem solving, standardized work, and flow systems. His leadership consistently delivers results—lower costs, faster delivery, and systems built to scale.
